Texas is worldly known of its delicious super big size BBQ...so while I am in Texas, from time to time we will go for BBQ meals....Oooh, how I miss Texas BBQ now..

This is the outside field of Salt Lick, very welcoming and fresh. Everyone is bringing their own beer, enjoying the beautiful evening while waiting to be seated. The Salt Lick is so popular that we need to get a pager to wait for our seats!!
And they even need Sheriff to take care of the traffic!!!!!! The Salt Lick is really serving on of the best Texas BBQ... thinking of it, my saliva start dripping... The addictive BBQ smell is floating in the air...

Salt Lick is good, in term of environment.
On the food, Lockhard Smitty's and Blacks are much more better than Salt Lick.
In my opinion, Smitty's is the best BBQ I have ever eaten
of course i will blog about the Lockhart BBQ trip =)
