Brown nosers in the company I work for.

I have been tolerant for quite some time but I think I need a place to burst, everyday working with damn many brown nosers in the company I currently work for.

Brown noser are a very special breed in this department which is getting worse and worse... Instead of true hard work and make efforts upgrading themselves, they choose to be excellent ass-kissers hoping for a promotion or pay raise by sucking up their bosses.

To- you know who you are Brown Nosers: This is for you. Not bad, at least you are a born disgusting suck-up!

See??
This is what usually happens... Even though they don't understand what the boss says or never even pay attention even if they disagree, they will put the greatest effort clapping their hands making clapping sound as loud as can be, putting a big smile face across to show how supportive they are.

While we were working hard in the factory debugging and solving issue, the big boss came down for line walk and goshhhhh...... we saw a whole bunch of brown nosers following closely behind, laughing and agreeing with whatever the big boss has to say. They will clap their hands till drop when the big boss finishes his presentation.

So fake, yet they can act so well... should they apply for Hollywood actors/actress?

Their boot-licking acts are stunningly obvious, and damn disgusting...making others throw up..

Why they choose to become a pitiful pet while they have a choice to be a human being?

Is ass-licking easier than sincerely working for the benefit of the company you work for?

or it actually taste better?

Do you still have your self-worth and self-respect?

Or you don't need one at all....

And the Ass-kissers in the office, they love awards... in every kudos, recognitions and awards near and far, you would see their names somehow popped out of nowhere although they really, really did absolutely nothing as I would remember...

Oh ya.. they did one thing... they did all the brown-nosing!!!

So I search for this special gift for quite some time already, and found this beautiful trophy for all of you brown nosers out there: Congratulations! You are the 'Brown Noser of the Year Award' holders!! Keep up the good job done!

Mr. Yoshito Usui R.I.P

This is the 1st Crayon ShinChan I bought roughly 8 years ago while still in University...
Since then, I fall for it and then I am a loyal ShinChan fan, till today, still I am..

Crayon ShinChan vol.1 made me the loyal ShinChan fan..

I laugh so much reading the comic, assured you, it is hilarous!!! I can laugh non-stop just by ShinChan's expression :D:D

I am sure alot of kids learnt this perfectly from ShinChan... hehheheheee...
He is so naughty, yet so cute!!!!

His mischievous acts always make me laugh out loud... he looks so innocent and adorable although he deserves to be smacked ;p

This is the latest Crayon ShinChan vol. 49. Yet, as if God has just make a joke on us, this may just be the very last ShinChan comic because Mr. Yoshito Usui, ShinChan's 'Dad' is found dead 2 weeks ago, fell off from a cliff at Mount Arafune in Gunma...

This news came out shocking the world of ShinChan's fan, saddening everyone for such an ill mishap happened to sucha great comic creator...

Is it a coincidence or Mr. Yoshito Usui has an intuition or hunch on what's going to happen to him in near future?

In his latest vol.49, ShinChan actually thought that he is going to die very soon...and so he has acted more mature and feel like more of a grown up, and not as playful as usual...

In this last episode, ShinChan collected all his beloved toys and distributed to all his frenz and said that he will be going away, and hope his frenz can remember him when they play with his toys..

He even took some flowers and planned to express his feelings to Nanako...

This sad expression from ShinChan is really rarely seen... He kinda look away, holding his tears and says that he will be leaving for a faraway place...

Although there are many stories outside saying that ShinChan comic will continue for sure as they will find him a Godfather to continue the journey... I know that it is not going to be the same again... will never ever be the same again...

I will always remember ShinChan's naughty and funny acts, his cheerfulness, brightness and positive attitude for life. His optimism always reminds me to be confident on my life when I fall back; nothing is as big deal, just let nature takes its course.

My heartful respect to The Great Author of comic 'Crayon Shin Chan', Mr. Yoshito Usui.

Mr. Yoshito Usui, R.I.P, you will be missed...

Weird tree @ Kenyalang Park

That day Dad brought us to Kenyalang Park Traffic Garden where he usually goes to for evening jog.

Dad says there is one very peculiar tree, super outstanding compare to all the trees surrounding it.... this particular tree has some very huge seeds, coconut-like balls growing out massively from the middle of the tree trunk, and flowers blooming out from it....

So we make an effort to go and have a look at this special scene...

Hey... look at this tree... it is very tall but suddenly just in the middle part of it outgrown a lot of coconut-like balls hang around like nobody's businesses...

This is really, really so weird.... what is this thingy??!

Try to find out some info about this strange tree, but dint able to find anything...

As much weird as it looks, it blooms into amazingly beautiful flowers around it...

Reddish-orange flowers with some yellow parts interlocking each other looks so striking and refreshing...

Beautiful, isn't it?

The no-name flowers are just so outstanding among all the very greenish surrounding... they enhance the nature beauty of the environment ...

Even they dropped on to the ground, they bring absolute beauty to the garden, for the community =)

Serikin Trip @ Suburb Kuching

A very remote place located at outskirt of Kuching, yet getting more and more attention and popularity till upgraded as a must to experience and a 'hot' tourism place when travel to Kuching.

This is no other than --> Serikin. Inland Sarawak, just a street away from Sarawak/Indonesia boundary, mostly mixed of local Sarawak native aborigines or so called 'bumiputras' i.e. Iban, Bidayuh, Land/Sea Dayak and also Indonesia people coming over.

There are no high rise buildings here or any hypermarkets but rather, you will find the beauty of the most original natural lifefstyle human beings once lived.. the rainforest type of supermarket...

Freshest and most organic vege and fruits that you won't find in supermarkets...

Sure you haven't tried this weird stuff before huh!! I swear you will love it on your first bite!!

This is 'Monkey Cups Indigenous Rice' or also called as 'Pitcher Plant Rice' where we use the Sarawak wild fresh pitcher plant to fill up our organic Highland rice added with nuts and pandan leaves.... very delicious....!!!!

Thumbs-up!

Take a second look.... do you realize what are those??!!!
Personally I have goosebumps all over looking at those eerie little creatues wriggling around... Uurghhhhhh.................

If you still dunno what are those.... they are the 'Sagu worms' that Sarawak Indigenous locals consider as one of the best food where they get their best protein...and make them healthy...

And... they eat them raw.....

Ohhhh..... I can't dare myself to eat the 'Sagu worms'... even if they are BBQed.... I don't care whether they got the best protein or collagen....

Too disgusting....!!!

These are the dried mushroom.. doesn't look appealing to me though...

These 'petai' are new to me as usually the 'petai' I see doesn't have the ending part like this wild petai from the rainforest..

Chicken for sale!!!!! Still breathing!!! Very fresh ooo!!!.....fresher than supermarket bought chicken provided you know to kill them yourself... heh..

Hand made assessories with rotan and bamboo.... very delicate, very local, very quality =)

Ahhhhhh... I love this!!
This is the hibiscus fruit, very sweet and juicy, very refreshing and fulfilling, rarely seen in today's supermarkets...
A very good source of vitamin A, you will love the fruits!!

Ehhh... pure ikan masin... looks abit not so appetizing though...

This is local Sarawak wild vege. We like it alot.. in Mandarin we call it 'Ki Chai' where we fry with 'belacan'... super tasty, goes perfect with rice =)

Haaa.... This is the original looks of the body scrubs we can get in Watson's and Guardian... and this scrub that you can buy here is very pure and clean, not exposed to those manufacturing chemicals, and cheaper too =)

Dunno what kinda vege is this... but looks refreshing, and is organic vege ;)

This is our local Sarawak wine --> Tuak Tapai, traditionally hand made, worth a try...

It is sweet but the alchohol level is high enough to make you drunk easily... so it is better to drink bit by bit... you will love it!

This is the ever famous Sarawak Pitcher Plant, or layman term, the 'Monkey Cups' =)
Chinese community loves this alot because in Chinese Fengshui, the Pitcher Plant can bring great wealth and abundance to us.

This symbolic plant is very artistically planted in the coconut shell, tied beautifully to be hang on the ceilings..

Even Dad is very tempted to buy one from the Iban auntie...

Ohh, see this? This is Sarawak Highland Rice, organic and hand processed, no machine used, no chemical.

This Borneo Highland Rice is very much sought after due to its organic grown and very high mineral. Notice that it is purple/red color. Once cooked, it is very aromatic and smooth... =)

If you still care of traditional fishing...

Have you seen the real original 'Tongkat Ali' before?
Most of us only see Tongkat Ali in powder form...
This is the real look of 'Tongkat Ali'!!!! You need some? ;)

Wowww... The street is still very longggggg........
My legs start to ache...

Hehehee... cannot afford the genuine LV Bags??

Bamboo & Rotan knitted matress, if you havent tried using before... try it! Very nice and easy to clean and airy... better than those carpeted stuff...

Cute girly hats!!!!! So beautiful :)

Haaaaahh.....surprisingly 'Jesus Christ' and 'Virgin Mary' and 'Christian Cross' and all sorts of 'Amen' stuff also can be found here as well!!!

Hooo.... huge cotton matress, can use for lying around...doing yoga...etc.. multi purpose one..
Hehehee... Mum so tempted... but hor.. we dint drive big truck here laaa... the sedan not big enough to put in also...

Beautiful wooden arts that will cost you a bomb in concrete supermarket is just so affordable here in the rainforest supermarket =)

Wooow... cute toddlers clothes!!! So cuteeeeee.....

ManU fans?
Don't dare to walk inside Nike shops?
Nahhh... this one not bad also...

Cute cuddle fur bears so many types to choose from, and price negotiatable...

Local Kebaya sophisticated with knitted flowers... not bad a choice for occasions and functions...

Little dried shrimps and 'sotong' of high quality.. you can smell it from far.... and very affordable compare with the price you see in downtown Kuching..

Rotan made furnitures! Very solid and sturdy :)
Very comfortable and airy for the forever hot weather here...

Some weird looking fruits that I haven't try before...

You can always hear people recommanding others to buy curtains here... and it is very true!!!
The curtains here are very beautifully made, good quality with very afforable price compare to the same thing sold downtown...

Some arts from sandstone... very creative, very unique =)

Ohhhh Yucksssssssssssss........... leeches!!! I hate leeches... !!
How come got leeches for sale?!

Egggghhhhrrrrrrrrrrr..... geli-nyerrrr....

They believe that the leeches can help to suck our dirty & poisonous blood and relief blood clog.. and is scientific proven...

But I still feel goosebumps looking at these eerie creatures... urghhh...

Sea-Shells!!!!!!
Bet you havent seen so many sea shells decorations before... but in Sarawak, this is very common decoration items, and always attractively-made.

Or you can buy one by one and make your own...

The street hasn't end yet..... -__-'''

There are so many things to look at and to get yourself for... A very worthwhile trip I am glad I come to see this myself...

A great experience indeed~!!!
