Networth?
We always think that we are somewhat okay financially... yeah, we have car.. we have house... we have salary coming in every month etc..

This pic is a good illustration! Many people who invest in properties will tell people that they have 10 houses. To me, the net worth is probably not a very good one, because they never consider the liabilities side of the balance sheet. If they take up mortgages, the net worth is close to zero! Won't it be right?
hahaa.. so true... if they consider the liabilities of the balance sheet... might be even negative!!!
